For Standard deliveries, in stock items we will dispatch within one business day from your order date.
General Delivery Information
Delivery times can take between 1 and 10 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays) from the date delivery is booked.
If no-one is available to take delivery of parcels too big for your letterbox, our carrier will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your designated courier depot.
If you provide your “Permission to Leave” during the checkout process whereby you give permission for your order be left in a nominated location at the delivery address you agree that delivery is completed once this has been done and the ownership of the goods passes onto you the consumer.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within our nominated; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Changing delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur a $25 charge from the courier.
Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient when the goods leave our warehouse or store. Therefore, we strongly recommend you take out the optional insurance during checkout. We check all items thoroughly before they leave our warehouse or store, and we do not take any responsibility for damage, loss or other event which may occur after the item leaves our warehouse or store. To insure against such loss or damage during transport, you need to tick the insurance box at checkout.
Gift wrapping is complimentary for individual items $30 and over. Due to their size, gifts such as large items such as furniture are not gift-wrapped, however if gift wrapping is selected at checkout they will be decorated with ribbon.
Free Metro Delivery
Free shipping is available on select items as indicated on the individual products. Please note that free shipping is currently only available to Australian metro postcodes. Please check your postcode prior to ordering to estimate shipping costs that will be incurred.
